Hace exactamente un año comencé a utilizar el sistema de facturación electrónica MIPYME (micro, pequeña y mediana empresa), que habilitó el Servicio de Impuestos Internos; orientado a dar un soporte tecnológico de avanzada para empresas de volúmen medio-bajo.
El servicio es gratuito y nos permite entregar de manera simple y muy eficiente Facturas electrónicas, Facturas exentas electrónicas, Notas de créditos electrónicas, Notas de débitos electrónicas y GuÃas de despachos electrónicas. Todos los documentos se emiten en formato PDF.
El sistema nos permite ahorrar en:
- Impresión de documentos
- Timbraje documentos en SII, ahora son firmados digitalmente
- Gastos de envÃo de documentos a nuestros clientes, la factura electrónica (PDF) se puede realizar vÃa e-mail.
El único costo asociado es la compra de un certificado digital, el que nos permite identificarnos de forma electrónica ante el SII y tenemos la posibilidad de firmar digitalmente diversos documentos (PDF, e-mail, etc.).
El valor del certificado varÃa dependiendo del proveedor. Por ejemplo, en E-CertChile tienen valores preferenciales para quienes se inscriban en el sistema MIPYME.
Lo valores son los siguientes:
- CH$5.800 + IVA un año (U$11)
- CH$8.800 + IVA dos años (U$17)
- CH$11.700 + IVA tres años (U$22)
En la web oficial destinada a informar sobre este servicio, se pueden encontrar guÃas que ayudan en el proceso (inscripción, emisión de documentos y administración de los mismos).
Demasiado bueno para ser verdad…
El sistema cumple con lo que promete, pero tiene un detalle que no es menor; Olvidaron democratizar su uso!
Que rareza.. sólo puede ser utilizado desde Internet Explorer.
Recordemos que el gobierno de Chile detalla claramente en su guÃa web que los sitios gubernamentales deben ser accesibles indistintamente del sistema operativo que posea el usuario (Windows, Mac y Linux), por lo tanto debe ser usable desde diversos navegadores (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, Mozilla, Opera y Safari).
Espero lo solucionen en el corto plazo.
Para usuarios Firefox (sólo Windows), existe el plugin IE Tab que permite la utilización de I. Explorer.
Usuarios MAC y Linux; imposible su uso de forma nativa.

Y si uso IE4Linux ¿funcionarÃa la factura electrónica?
En nuestra MIPYME usamos PC Linux 2007. ( Firefox 2.0 )
Tenemos ganas de tener factura electrónica para el próximo año, pero serÃa una pena no poder usar el servicio por un problema de interoperatibilidad.
J Rovegno, la verdad no lo he probado con IE4Linux, aunque tengo entendido que la aplicación emula bastante bien las funcionalidades de I Explorer.
Lo importante es la administración del certificado digital, los componentes ActiveX y la aplicación .NET Frame work, necesarios para que funcione el sistema. Quizás por ahi existan problemas.
Hace un tiempo realicé las consultas sobre el uso del sistema en otras plataformas y no lo tenÃan contemplado a corto plazo; no sé como irá ese tema ahora. Personalmente no creo que estén trabajando en hacerlo multiplataforma.
Lo cual obviamente limita la democratización del sistema.
Espero encuentres una solución.
